Low Volume Precision Machining & Fabrication 

Mission Tool & Machine LLC has two main production strengths, One being tool & die the other is low to medium volume production machining utilizing the CNC machining centers and lathes in our facility. Based on the equipment we have in place we can provide precision machined parts that range up to 14" in diameter to approx. 20" long.

Lathes
• Colchester 15” x 48”
• Monarch 26” x 72”
Haas SL 30, VOP-D with live tooling. The maximum OD is 14” and length is 20”.
 
CNC Machining Centers
• (1) Leadwell Model #MCV-760AP
• (1) Leadwell Model #MCV-1000AP
• (1) Leadwell Model #MCV-1300P​

EDM Equipment
• Fanuc Wire EDM, Model Alpha 1iE
• Sodick Wire EDM, Model LN1W

Most of the work we presently produce goes into the Heavy Equipment and Construction Industry
